What does the assessment include?

A review of your current sources, pipelines and reports, a complexity estimate, a recommended target platform with the reasoning behind it, and a high-level phased roadmap. There’s no obligation to go further.

How long does a data modernization project take?

It depends on the size of the estate. A focused warehouse or ETL migration can go live in a few months; enterprise-wide programmes run in waves over a longer period, with value delivered at every wave. The assessment gives you a realistic timeline for your estate.

Will our reports and downstream systems be disrupted?

We run legacy and new platforms in parallel and reconcile outputs automatically. Legacy components are only switched off once the business has signed off on the new ones.

Which platforms do you migrate to?

How is your platform advice neutral if you're an Ab Initio partner?
