Elaine is a highly accomplished Data Management and Business Intelligence leader with a 30+ year track record of driving successful programs within tier-1 organizations across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, and Central Government sectors. Her expertise lies in delivering both technology change (data and systems) and operational change (people and processes) to ensure clients achieve on-target benefits from their data initiatives.
Elaine joined Hoonartek in 2020, playing a pivotal role in helping the UK leadership team introduce the innovative DevFac operating model and framework to EMEA clients. Before her tenure at Hoonartek, Elaine spent four years as a Professional Services Partner at Teradata UK, where she introduced a metadata-driven framework to optimise the benefits that key clients leveraged from a deeper understanding of their data assets.
Before Teradata, Elaine served as an Executive Partner at IBM Global Business Services for two years, leading the global Customer Insights team. Earlier in her career, she founded and served as the UK Director of Business Intelligence at Logica for 11 years, successfully growing the practice from its inception into a Gartner top 10 BI/DW Professional Services business globally.
In her new role as Chief Business Officer for the UK & Europe, Elaine will be responsible for spearheading Hoonartek’s business strategy, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth across the region. Her deep understanding of the European market, coupled with her extensive experience in data-driven transformation and business development, will be instrumental in strengthening Hoonartek’s presence and impact.
