As a principle consultant in several top-tier consultancies, and now as Chief Strategy Officer at Hoonartek, he’s solved some of the most challenging data problems, at some of the world’s largest banks, telecoms, retailers & healthcare providers in the US, UK, India, Middle East and South Africa.

At Hoonartek, Amit works closely with alliance partners and clients to deliver optimal big-data management programs. His specialty is un-packing complex multi-year programs into manageable and pragmatic business solutions, with right technology approach. For him, delivery is everything. A proponent of minimalist and simple design, efficient engineering and aesthetics, he likes to architect lean systems that are easy to build and to operate, and deliver real business value. An avid sports enthusiast and anthropologist, he takes his breaks with his Kindle and travels with his family.

He has been architecting and providing high-performing data integration solutions to many of the Fortune 100 and implemented delivery solutions for companies in the consumer products, credit cards, retail, insurance, finance, and pharmaceuticals domain.

He has designed and delivered Centers of Excellence for data integration, data warehousing, Ab Initio, and Oracle. Under his leadership as Chief Technology Officer, Hoonartek has delivered some of the most challenging and complex solutions to our clients. Hiren’s ability to de-construct a large integrated system into small solutions, using a microservices architecture with minimal footprint, has benefited multiple clients. Hiren is a keen advocate of the Kaizen philosophy and ensures that his team follows the same philosophy for every delivery. His hands-on approach helps his team to deploy complex solutions consistently and seamlessly.

When not working, we’ll usually find him swimming with his two girls, reading about new technologies (and trying them out) watching sports or thrillers and sci-fi series on TV.

Chief Operating Officer

Shriram has over 20 years of IT experience, with specialization in time-critical Ab Initio delivery. His expertise soans telecoms, BFSI (cards, banking), retail and risk management. He has led large green-field Ab Initio implementations across the globe, driving teams to build, deploy, and service large, complex and mission critical data centric solutions, on complete stack of Ab Initio technology.

Shriram heads up operations at Hoonartek, with a prime responsibility of delivering projects using Ab Initio as the core technology. His main focus is data integration, both in real-time and batch, for data hub, legacy migration, data warehousing/marts, MDM and regulatory projects. He is passionate about photography and loves to capture special moments through his lens, whether they are family occasions or nature.

Nilesh Trivedi

Nilesh is the Director and CBO – APAC with over 25 years of diverse experience across P&L, Business Process Re-engineering, Digital transformation, BI/DW, ERP, Shared Services, Governance, and service delivery. He has successfully led multi-million-dollar program deliveries across multiple countries with leading change management. He has worked across industry segments like FMCG, BPO, manufacturing, Telecom, and product development. Nilesh has worked as a catalyst for Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, IoT & RPA and Large Applications Transformations across countries. As CIO of enterprise applications, he has led a series of business and IT transformations across functions including working on M&A and Disposal projects.

Nilesh is a veteran of the industry having worked with Airtel for a decade, Aditya Birla, GE Capital( Genpact) and Unilever in his previous stints before joining Hoonartek as co-founder & product division head for the group.

Nishant Shukla

Vice President, Human Resources

Nishant is a seasoned Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Leader having 16+ years of progressive experience in IT concentrated around Talent Acquisition, Talent development and HR strategy. Completed his Post Graduate degree in HR from Pune University and Diploma in Labour Law from Symbiosis, Pune before starting his career with Emerson Design Engineering Center in 2004.
He has been instrumental in capability building for Domestic as well as international market including USA customers, UK Captive buildout for Investment Banking apart from Executive Management, Line Management, deliveries and geographies coupled with multicultural teams in a global delivery model. He has worked for Syntel, Xansa-Steria, Barclays before joining Hoonartek in 2015. At Hoonartek, he Heads the Human Resources function and is responsible for Manpower planning, Development, Human Resources Initiatives, Organizational Culture and Employee’s interface for their overall growth. Nishant is also responsible for ISO Audits across organization, compliance and manages Business Continuity Management System.
His motivation is his family and he likes travelling.

Elaine Fletcher

Elaine is a Data Management and Business Intelligence leader, she has an 18 year track record driving successful programmes within tier-1 organisations: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail and Central Govt. She delivers technology change [data and systems] and operational change [people and processes] to achieve on-target benefits from data.

Elaine joined Hoonar Tekwurks in 2020 to help the UK leadership team introduce the DevFac operating model and framework to EMEA clients. Prior to this Elaine spent 4 years as a Professional Services Partner at Teradata UK where she used a metadata driven framework to deliver solutions to 11 clients. Before Teradata Elaine spent 2 years as an Exec Partner at IBM Global Business Services where she led the global Customer Insights team. Prior to this she was the founder and UK Director of Business Intelligence at Logica for 11 years, where she grew the practice from its origin to become one of the Gartner top 10 BI/DW Professional Services businesses globally.

Elliott McClements

After graduating in Computing Science he worked as a developer and systems programmer before turning to consultancy with relational database pioneers Codd and Date.

His interest and passion for data was furthered with technical leadership roles with Teradata, Ab Initio, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Tata Consulting Services. He has advised some of the largest companies in the world in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, Retail and Energy sectors in the adoption of emerging data intensive technologies ranging from Relational Databases, Parallel Processing, Data Integration, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Digitisation and Data Governance. He joined Hoonartek in 2019 and provides technical leadership in Europe.
