A governed User Preference and Context Profile was established using Unity Catalog, with PII controls, RBAC, and full lineage – ensuring the personalization engine met privacy and compliance requirements without compromising analytical depth.

LLMs and Vector Search were leveraged to generate trusted, context-aware product and content recommendations. Workflows were orchestrated across a Plan → Recommend → Execute → Track cycle, with integrations to CRM, ticketing, and messaging systems ensuring recommendations translated into real business actions. MLflow models were applied for ranking, propensity scoring, and next-best-action, improving continuously via feedback loops.
