Hoonartek announces Shriram PV as Head of Business for UK & Europe
[London/Pune, Sep15, 2026] – Hoonartek, a global data, digital and AI transformation company, today announced the elevation of Shriram PV in a market-facing role as Head of Business – UK & Europe, bringing public visibility to responsibilities he has been increasingly leading over recent months across client engagement, account development and regional growth.
Shriram will continue to oversee Hoonartek’s global operations while providing direct regional leadership for the company’s UK and Europe business. The mandate reflects the role Shriram has been increasingly leading over recent months, with a focus on strengthening market execution, deepening strategic client relationships and accelerating the adoption of Hoonartek’s data, AI and digital transformation capabilities in the region.
Elaine Fletcher, Hoonartek’s current Head of Business for the region, moves into an Advisory role. She will continue to support and lead company’s public sector and government contracting agenda as Hoonartek progresses opportunities through G-Cloud 15 and TechUK partnerships. Shriram’s new mandate as Head of Business – UK & Europe strengthens regional GTM execution capacity by adding senior ownership, operational discipline and direct executive engagement across sales, account management and strategic client development.
With more than three decades of technology, operations and business leadership experience, Shriram has helped shape Hoonartek’s delivery culture and enterprise transformation capability. His background spans mission-critical data programmes across telecom, BFSI, retail and risk management, giving him a grounded view of how complex data and AI initiatives are sold, governed, delivered and scaled.
This mandate brings together two areas that are increasingly central to Hoonartek’s growth: operational excellence and market execution. It reflects the company’s belief that sustainable growth in data and AI depends not only on strategic relationships, but also on the ability to deliver complex programmes reliably, at scale and with measurable business impact.
