Chief Executive Officer
Peeyoosh is a passionate business leader with 25+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of building businesses for scale. He is a veteran of the IT services industry, having worked with industry leaders like Persistent Systems, Wipro and TCS. In his previous stint, Peeyoosh served as the Head of Sales for APAC and MEA at Persistent Systems. Peeyoosh thrives on building deep executive relationships and long-standing customer engagements, and excels at managing stakeholders across BFSI, Healthcare and ISV with a focus on Digital Transformation, Cloud, Security & CRM solutions.
Amit Raj
Chief Strategy Officer
Amit is an acknowledged industry expert in data-centric solutions. As a principal consultant in several top-tier consultancies, and now as Chief Strategy Officer at Hoonartek, he's solved some of the most challenging data problems, at some of the world's largest banks, telecoms, retailers & healthcare providers in the US, UK, India, Middle East and South Africa. At Hoonartek, Amit works closely with alliance partners and clients to deliver optimal big-data management programs. His specialty is un-packing complex multi-year programs into manageable and pragmatic business solutions, with the right technology approach.

Chief Technology Officer
Hiren is a seasoned technologist and a divergent thinker, producing simple solutions for the most complex problems. He has been architecting and providing high-performing data integration solutions to many Fortune 100 companies across consumer products, credit cards, retail, insurance, finance, and pharmaceuticals. He has designed and delivered Centres of Excellence for data integration, data warehousing, Ab Initio, and Oracle, and is a keen advocate of the Kaizen philosophy in every delivery.
Shriram P.V
Chief Operating Officer
Shriram has over 20 years of IT experience, with specialization in time-critical Ab Initio delivery. His expertise spans telecoms, BFSI (cards, banking), retail and risk management. He has led large green-field Ab Initio implementations across the globe, driving teams to build, deploy, and service large, complex and mission-critical data-centric solutions. Shriram heads up operations at Hoonartek, with a prime responsibility of delivering projects using Ab Initio as the core technology.

Chief Business Officer
Nilesh is the Director and CBO – APAC with over 25 years of diverse experience across P&L, Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, BI/DW, ERP, Shared Services, Governance, and service delivery. He has successfully led multi-million-dollar program deliveries across multiple countries with leading change management, having worked with Airtel, Aditya Birla, GE Capital (Genpact) and Unilever before joining Hoonartek as co-founder and product division head.

Nishant Shukla
Vice President, Human Resources
Nishant is a seasoned Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Leader with 16+ years of progressive experience in IT, concentrated around Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR strategy. At Hoonartek, he heads the Human Resources function and is responsible for Manpower Planning, Development, HR Initiatives, Organizational Culture, and employees' overall growth. He also manages ISO audits, compliance, and the Business Continuity Management System.
