The Solution
We implemented a Digital Commission Management System (DCMS) that serves as a unified, metadata-driven engine to automate the end-to-end incentive lifecycle. The solution leverages a high-performance core—built on Ab Initio GDE and Continuous Flows—to handle heavy-duty data landing and ETL processing.
A key differentiator of the platform is the business-friendly UI, utilizing Express>It and a Guided Expression Editor. This empowers business users to instantly onboard new attributes and evolve commission logic without deep technical intervention. The system also features a built-in “Maker-Checker” governance process, ensuring all calculated payouts are reviewed before being automatically pushed to the Invoice Provisioning system for final settlement.
